Min. of Aviation; Interim Secretary/Board Member – Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF); Secretary-General, Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON). He also served his people as the President-General of Igbo-Ugwu Development Union, Anambra State, South-East, Nigeria

CFGN Management team is comprised of distinguished and practicing scholars and experts, acknowledged authorities, seasoned, tested and vastly experienced professionals and technocrats in diverse fields of human and organizational endeavours, resources management and development. Our team members are drawn from both public, private and third sectors.
CFGN managers are experienced trainers and facilitators who possess in-depth knowledge, skills and experience in the use of different training approaches and methodologies.
They are usually selected for different trainings and capacity building programs based on qualifications, strengths and expertise.
Engr. Prosper Okafor (De Professor) - President
Founder and Members, CFGN Board of Trustees (BOT) is also the President, Coalition of Road Safety NGOs/CSOs in Nigeria (CORSAN), a coalition of road safety NGOs in Nigeria. He is also the President of Civil Society on Mental Health and Drug Demand Reduction (CISMHEDDR), a coalition of NGOs working on mental health and related matters in Nigeria and Africa subregions. Engr. Prosper is a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigeria Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (NIEEE). He is registered and certified by the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), he holds a Professional Post-Graduate Diploma (PPGD) in Development Planning, Policy and Administration (DPPA) and he is a Fellow, Youth Federation for World Peace (FYFWP); Fellow, Corporate Institute of Administration (FCIA); and Fellow, Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria (FIDAN), among others. He is a development expert having founded and sustained two successful NGOs with good track records. Engr. Prosper is a member of the International Society of Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP), and a host of other professional bodies within and outside Nigeria.
